Taking care of your teeth

As you should know, it's recommended to brush and floss your teeth twice a day. When you don't brush your teeth they develope plaque on them, that plaque breaks down your tooth enamel. Plaque can lead to many problems with your teeth such as: bad breath, crowns, root canals and gum disease etc.


Bathing/Showering

It's recommended to take a shower every other day, or two to three times a week. There are many people that take a shower everyday, it all just depends on your actvity level throughout the day. Not showering can cause a buildup of dead skin, dirt and sweat. it can also cause acne.


Washing your hands

Washing your hands is an important part of hygiene. They touch almost everything you come into contact with, and there is no telling how many germs you would carry if you didn't properly wash them. When you don't properly wash your hands you can transfer all those germs very easily. They can even get you and other sick, they can enter your body through the eyes, nose and mouth.


Washing your face

Washing your face is something people should do, but most of them do not. It doesn't take much, just a couple minuets out of your day to make you and your skin feel better. Just wet your face with warm water, apply the wash and then rinse it off. It may take more than just a little cleanser for some. but at the end of the day it makes us all feel good. Not washing your face could lead to acne, and make your skin look dull and textured.


Clothing

Having clean clothes it very important. When one keeps wearing dirty clothes you can get bacne, or pimples on the chest and shoulders, it can also lead to skin infections and bad body odor. It's not hard to wash your clothes, just stay clean.
